How do I start? I could not have asked for a better experience than I have had with Ed Grayson. Ed has been absolutely wonderful in assisting me in selling my home and finding a new smaller home. He was so very helpful and so knowledgeable in establishing a selling price for my home and he hit it out of the park, as we received and accepted an offer over the selling price. Ed walked me thru all the steps, what to expect, what I needed to do, and explaining each one in detail and making the process so very comfortable for me. Then we found a new home for me, I signed a contract but was uncomfortable with issues found during the home inspection, so I cancelled this contract. Ed was very supportive, telling me "I just want to find the best house for you, if you are uncomfortable with this one, we will find you another one".. As it turned out, Ed had a new listing that met most of the boxes on my checklist and a contract was signed. Ed provided much needed advice and assistance in obtaining all the inspections, survey, etc. as well as a listing of potential lenders. It is very obvious Ed loves what he is doing, AND HE IS GOOD AT IT!!! Ed was/is available anytime any day to answer questions and/or provide advice and recommendations. Ed went over the top when it came to taking care of my wife and I buying a condo. He made sure to keep us informed with every detail going on with the buying process by email and text. He made sure to be at the condo during the inspection and the appraisal to keep me informed while I was at my primary residence in Alabama. The home inspection called that I needed a new air unit and he was there during the whole process of that. Even after the papers were signed and keys were exchange, when his job was done, he went out of his way to meet a carpenter, after the closing, to assure us that the shelving in the closet was finished like it was agreed to be in the contract. We will for sure be giving Ed a call with our next purchase in the gulf area. My wife and I highly recommend Ed for any needs one might have with the real estate business.
